Baking & Breaking into Fun
This week at Summer Camp was packed with energy, rhythm, and delicious treats as our campers took on two exciting themes: Breakdance with Charlie Laoshi and Bakery Creations!

This week, the music was loud and the energy even louder! With guidance from Charlie Laoshi, our campers discovered the world of breakdancing — learning rhythm, basic moves, and how to express themselves through motion.
Confidence grew with every practice, and it was a joy to watch their hard work and personality shine in the classroom.

In the kitchen, our young bakers rolled up their sleeves and got hands-on with multiple sweet projects. Campers learned how to separate eggs, whip up meringue, and gently fold everything together to create this cloud-like cake.
Chiffon Cake – Light, fluffy, and baked to perfection. Campers learned how to separate eggs, whip up meringue, and gently fold everything together to create this cloud-like cake. They then topped off their masterpieces with a colorful arrangement of fresh fruit — both beautiful and delicious!
Chocolate-Dipped Biscuits – Simple, satisfying, and a little messy in the best way! Each camper dipped classic tea biscuits into rich melted chocolate and decorated them with flair. A perfect blend of fun and flavor.
Mille-Crêpe Cake – A stacked showstopper! Layer after layer, campers crafted delicate crêpes and built their cakes with care, creativity, and a whole lot of patience.
The smiles were as big as the messes — and every camper proudly brought home their own baked creations to share with family (or maybe just enjoy themselves...).

To wrap up the week, we took a trip to Pump It Up, the ultimate inflatable playground. The kids climbed, jumped, and raced through obstacle courses, getting their wiggles out in the most exciting way possible!
