Our Programs
Discover a world of learning, creativity, and cultural connection in our dynamic after-school programs for TK–12th grade!

Core After-School Curriculum
Our After-School Care program supports students in TK through 12th grade with daily instruction in Chinese, English, and Math—laying a strong foundation in language and critical thinking.
Daily Chinese Class
Our Chinese classes emphasize reading, writing, speaking, and listening, while also introducing students to Chinese culture and history. We use the Zhongwen (中文) series published by Jinan University, a widely recognized and trusted curriculum designed specifically for overseas Chinese learners. The Zhongwen textbooks and workbooks offer a structured, progressive approach to language learning—starting with foundational vocabulary and sentence patterns and advancing through grammar, idioms, reading comprehension, and essay writing.
Each level in the series builds on the last, helping students steadily improve their fluency and literacy while gaining deeper insights into Chinese traditions, values, and historical figures, making them ideal for a diverse range of learners and helping prepare students for AP Chinese and other advanced proficiency assessments.
English and Math
We place a strong emphasis on building foundational skills in both Math and English, helping students improve through consistent practice with daily worksheets and targeted exercises. To further spark a love for math, we partner annually with Kangaroo Math, encouraging students to engage with math in a fun and rewarding way.
Homework Time
In addition to academic enrichment, we recognize the importance of supporting students’ daily responsibilities, fostering both confidence and independence in their learning journey.
Each day, we set aside dedicated time for students to complete their school homework in a focused and supportive environment. Staff are available to provide guidance and ensure students stay on track, helping to reduce stress for both students and parents. This balance of structured learning and practical support is a key part of our after-school program.
Extracurricular Activities and AP Classes
Enrichment Classes
Students can also participate in a variety of enriching extracurriculars, including dance, art, chess, and speech and more. These hands-on activities foster creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills while deepening cultural understanding.
Enrichment classes are open for enrollment at the beginning of each semester, allowing families to select offerings that best suit their child’s interests and schedule. We continually evaluate and expand our enrichment options, adding new classes based on student interests and feedback from our families, ensuring our program remains dynamic, engaging, and responsive to the needs.
Chinese AP Classes
For older students in grades 6–12, we also offer Friday Night and Weekend Chinese Language Classes, including AP Chinese. These classes are tailored to advanced learners seeking to deepen their language skills and cultural understanding on the path to bilingual proficiency.

Student Performances
Each year, students showcase their growth and talents in two major performances—one in winter and one in summer. These events are a highlight of our program and may include a variety of acts such as dancing, poem recitations, drama, and musical instrument performances. Families are warmly invited to attend and celebrate these special milestones. We’ll notify you in advance when your child is scheduled to participate.
In preparation for the performances, our teachers actively guide and support students during rehearsals, helping them refine their routines, build confidence, and take pride in their achievements on stage. These performances not only highlight students’ individual talents but also strengthen their teamwork, creativity, and self-expression.
