Soaked & Smiling: Our Wild Water Week 6 Recap

Week 6 at BHCS Summer Camp was a soaking-wet success! Our Water Fun Week brought endless smiles, laughter, and cool summer fun.

Campers were all in as we kicked off the week with giant bubble magic, epic water battles, and tons of splash-filled activities. Many campers even brought their own water war gear—from super soakers to splash shields—which added even more excitement and friendly competition to the mix!

Throughout the week, kids teamed up in groups for a variety of water games and friendly competitions, from relay races with buckets to sponge toss challenges. It was wonderful to see campers collaborating, cheering each other on, and showing great team spirit.

One of the most unforgettable highlights of the week was our Water Piñata Party! Campers took turns swinging at colorful piñatas filled with water balloons, bursting with anticipation and laughter as they exploded with a splash. With music playing and water flying everywhere, the scene was full of joyful chaos—a true summer celebration! It was the perfect mix of surprise, laughter, and teamwork, and a memory our campers will not soon forget.

We wrapped up the week with a fantastic Friday field trip to Casanova Park—a favorite among our campers for its expansive green space, shaded play areas, and winding bike paths. The open space was perfect for water games, group activities, and plenty of free play under the sun.
